英文なのですが伝わるでしょうか？

海外からある製品を購入したのですが、時々バラバラに届きます。それは良いのですが内容品が全て記載されたインボイスが全ての段ボールに添付されるものですから、段ボールの数だけ全ての商品分の消費税やら関税やらを支払う必要が出てきます。相手に実際に段ボールに入っている商品のみのインボイスをそれぞれの段ボールに添付して欲しいと相手に伝えたいです。

以下で伝わるでしょうか・・？

please attach an invoice to each box that lists only the items that are actually in the box.

When you ship my order in separate boxes, please DO NOT attach an invoice listed all the items ordered in respective box (since consumption taxes and tariff rates in Japan apply to all of the items listed on the invoices of all boxes.)

Therefore, please make sure to issue and enclose the invoice only for the item(s) actually in each box.
