英語でなんといいますか

「（法律できめられた）ある大きさの建物」
を英語でなんといいますか。
buildings of definited scale
であっているでしょうか？
definited の前にa　は必要でしょうか？

sizeは建坪(長さx幅)を表すのが一般的ですから、後高さを加えると大きさになります。scaleは大きさというよりは規模を表します。法律で決められた、となると具体的な高さ、幅、長さを用いるのが普通だと思います。

建物の大きさが法律で決められているのでしょうか？

そのサイズに即して建てられたものなんでしょうか？

それとも法律に準拠した大きさの建物、なんでしょうか？
buildings whose dimensions are complient with the regulation

scaleをお使いということは、もしかしたらsafety standard(安全基準）などに準拠しているなどということをおっしゃりたかったのかもしれないと思ったのですが、文脈が分からなかったので、上記のようなご提案をしました。あまり即していなかったらすみません。
