英語の文章で分からないところがあるので教えてください

2～４と6の英文が正しいかどうか教えてください。1と５と7の日本語の文章をどのように英文にすればいいのか分からないので教えてください。
1.日本の年齢の数え方は、２通りあります。１つ目は、初めて生まれた年の正月に、１歳になります。
2.あなたの場合は、２１歳になります。
(Your age is 21 years old.)
3.しかし普段、多くの人達は、その数え方をしません。
(But many Japanese people don’t use it.)
4.若い人達の中には、その数え方について知らない人もいます。
(Some young people don’t know about it.)
5.２つ目は、西暦で数えます。
6.普段、多くの日本人が使っています。
(Many Japanese　usually use it.)
7.しかしお年よりの中には、西暦で数えない人もいます。

In Japan, there are two different ways to count people's age.

different をつけることにより、「１通りじゃない」ということを強調できます。age はいろんな意味があるので、人の年齢ということをはっきりさせるためにpeople's を入れます。

According to the first way, a person is one year old when he or she is born and gets older every year on the new year's day.

直訳は「一つめの方法によれば、人は生まれた時には１歳で、毎年元日に歳をとります。」もし、歳をとるのが誕生日ではなく元日だということを強調したければ、最後に　....on the new year's day, not on the birthday. と言えます。

You are 21 years old, according this way.

"Your age is 21 years old" は文法的に間違いだと思います。 "You are 21 years old"か、"You are 21"か、　"Your age is 21" が正しいです。

３，４は　antje さんの文でも正しいですが、より日本語の意味に近くするには、

But many Japanese people don't usually use it.
Some young people don't even know about it.

とするといいでしょう。"usually"で「普段」、"even"を入れることで、「使わないどころか知りすらしない」というニュアンスになります。

The second way, which is usually used by most Japanese people, is just the same way as in United States.

５と６を一緒にしてしまいました。ここに書いたのは例えば相手がアメリカ人の場合ですが、（堅い文章でなく）会話やメールだったら、「アメリカと同じやり方」といえば十分だと思います。

But some old people don't use this way.

「この方法を使わない」といえば分かるでしょう。

いま時間が出来て見直したらひどい英訳ですね。
書き直します。

There are two ways to count age in Japan.
The first way counts a baby as one year old when it is born and the baby will then add one year to its age on each New year day.
This way tells you are 21 years old and is also used in China and other Asian countries.
But usually we don't count in this way but it is sometimes used in religious events.
The second way is the same as European way that counts a baby as zero year old when it is born and the baby will then add one year to its age on each its birthday.
We usually count our age in the way but some elders still count their age in the first way.

１歳からスタートなんです、、、時々自分も間違えるんです。
本当にごめんなさい。

拙訳ですが、お詫びの印に。

1.

英語で答えられなくてすいませんが、質問内容の意味は間違っていると思います。

大きく間違っている部分を正しくすると以下のとおりです。

日本での年齢の数え方は、数え歳、満年齢の２種類があります。

数え歳は、生まれた時点で１歳、新年（正月）を迎えると２歳になります。
以後は新年（正月）を迎える毎に１歳ずつ歳をとります。

満年齢は、生まれた時点が０歳で、誕生から１年後の誕生日を迎えると１歳になります。
