(1) 意味から解釈すべきだろうけど but longer までが that 節の中にあると思う.

(2)/(3) それは多分違う. 1106 の意味がわからんけど, 主語は Possible～1106 のような気がする. 動詞が indicate でその目的語が that 節. that 節では倒置もかかっていて, もどすと
Among the subjects the cultivation of the vine and olive and various herbs were dealt with
かな.
