海外送金について この英文はどう訳せばよいでしょうか

このような場合、英語で何と書けばよいでしょうか。
どなたか教えていただけないでしょうか！

「the ABA or SWIFT code and the IBAN numberを教えて下さい」、
と連絡が来たのですが、
「the ABA code と IBAN numberは邦銀では取扱いがない旨
　伝えた上で、SWIFT code は #### である」と回答。
また、「送金の際には、SWIFT code に加えて支店名、支店コード、
口座番号を必ず明記してください」と書き添えます。

Japanese banks don't make use of the ABA code and the IBAN number, but the SWIFT code is: ####.

When wiring the amount, besides specifying the SWIFT code, please also include the name of the sender's bank and branch, the branch code and the sender's account number.
」って如何でしょうか。

We were asked by our parties to notify the ABA or SWIFT
code, and the IBAN number of our bank here. After our due
explanation to the effect the ABA and IBAN number are not
dealt by the Japanese banks, instead we notified them of the
SWIFT code #### only [which is in use here at Japanese banks].

Same time we requested them that the branch name, branch
code, account number in addition to SWIFT code should be
clearly mentioned on application of foreign remittance.

外為関係者の連絡事項にしては、この辺の日常使用用語がお分かりにならないのは腑に落ちませんが、、、、大体こんなところで、、、もしこの意味と用語がお分かりにならないのなら、、、担当者として???かな

日常、経理関係とは無縁なのですが、
今回トラブルにより問い合わせがあった件につき
担当者不在のため代理回答が必要になった次第です。

「日常英語」としてはなんとなく書けるのですが、
経理／海外送金を日常扱っておられる方がよく使われる形式などが
あるかと、教えていただけないかと思った次第です。
