一応自分でもやってみましたが、答えに自信がないので解答をお願いします。

1. 「実際に犬がその病気にかかるのは10％にもなるが、死ぬ犬はほとんどいない。」
(10%/although/as/as/many/of/the dogs/will) actually develop the desease, very few will die.
私の答え　→　Although 10% as many of the dogs as will

2.　「その穴は人が通り抜けられるほど大きくはなかった。」
The hole (a man/was/large/for/to/enough/not) get through.

as many as 10 で 10 という数が多いことを表現、もちろん相対的なこと
as low as 100 yen なんと100円という安さ、
as early as April なんと４月という早い時期に

2. was not large enough for a man to
enough は後ろから形容詞を修飾「～するのに十分」、for a man は to ～ の意味上の主語
