Sandyの言ったBeing a slave for the Man agrees with youと、...that and not working at a joint like thisと、Rachelの言ったdecent hoursの意味を教えてください！

　that は、前のレイチェルの文にある surfing　を指す、代名詞です、「サーフィン」と「こんなところで働かない」が、並列になって、頭がすっきりする、の原因になっています。ですから話の流れ通りに訳さないで、理屈通りにすると「サーフィンとこんなところで働かないのが私の頭をすっきりさせてくれる」になります。

　それから補足ですが the Man が大文字になっているのは、 God が大文字で書かれるのと同様、周りの生殺与奪の権力を持った全能の、という扱いで皮肉っているためでしょう。

agreeを辞書で引くと「合う、一致する、うまく折り合う、適合する」のような意味が出ていると思います。


that and not working at a joint like this (help me keep a clear mind.)
そのこと（＝毎朝のサーフィン）と、こんなところで働かないおかげで、いつも頭がクリアなのよ。


decent hours
まともな（勤務）時間　
＝「無茶な残業をさせられたりしないこと」のようなニュアンスです言っています

　（ここでの the Man とは唯一の権力者ケイレブの事だろうと思います。）

　「毎朝，（サーフィン）してる。頭がすっきりするし、それにこんなところで働かない（ですむ）」

R「そう、まともな時間（に働いて）然るべき給料をもらって。私、検察庁をなぜ辞めたのかさっぱり分からない。）」

　decent hours というのは、普通の人が起きる頃起きて、普通の時間働いて、、、、という意味で、夜勤があったり、オーバータイムがあったり、労働時間が規則的でなかったり，しない事を指します。
