・3月に発生した東北大震災時に起こった福島原子力発電所の爆発事故による死亡者数が、
　今後100万人に達すると英紙インディペンデント電子版が29日（現地時間）、報道した。
　複数の韓国メディアがこの報道に注目し、詳細を伝えている。

　韓国メディアは、今後、福島原発事故による死亡者が100万人に達すると英国のメディアが
　衝撃的な分析を行ったと報じた。

　英インディペンデント紙は「なぜ福島災害はチェルノブイリよりも深刻なのか」と題し、
　複数の専門家の意見を紹介。オーストラリアの内科医で、反核運動家の
　ヘレン・カルディコット博士は、「福島に災いが近づいている」と警告。チェルノブイリ事故による
　死者は25年間で20万人に達したが、福島の事故は、これより深刻だと指摘した。

　また、英アルスター大学のクリストファー・バズビー教授は、「チェルノブイリ原子力発電所は、
　一度に爆発したが、福島原発では現在も放射性物質が出ており、チェルノブイリよりも状況が
　良くない。これから100万人以上が亡くなるだろう」と予想した。

　金銭的被害も福島原発事故は、はるかに多く、チェルノブイリ事故は、1440億ポンド
　（約17．9兆円）と推算されるのに対し、日本は再建費用として1880億ポンド（約23．3兆円）を
　予想している。

　一方、日本政府は、福島原発での漏えい放射性物質の量が1945年に広島に投下された
　原子爆弾の168倍に達したと明らかにした。専門家たちは、福島原発事故の被害は、
　まだ始まったばかりだと口をそろえているとして、事態の深刻さに言及した。

　チェルノブイリ周辺で放射能が及ぼす遺伝的影響を研究してきた生物学者ティム・ムソー
　教授は、放射線被ばくが持続されると、健康に深刻な問題が発生すると述べている。
　実際にチェルノブイリの近くでは、昆虫やクモの個体数が減り、鳥の脳の大きさが
　小さくなったことが明らかとなっていると語った。

反核論者が衝撃的・無責任に、当たり前な意見を書いてるだけ。

日本の福島県と、ロシアのチェルノブイリの人口密度比とか、立地条件などで考えたら、被害者数とか再建費用の差が生じるのは当たり前。
小・中学生でも想到する程度のことしか書いてない。

福島に行って、しばらく滞在してみりゃ判る。
非当事者は、外から勝手なコトを言ってれば良いが、当事者はそんなのんきではない。

アナタやアナタの回りが「のっほほ～ん」としてるなら、アナタたちは非当事者であり、外国人と同じ感覚と言うだけのこと。

そもそも外国や他人などに求めず、アナタが誰かのドタマをぶん殴って目覚めさせたらよかろう。
さもなきゃアナタは、基本的には他力本願の部外者だから、ため息などつく必要もないよ。
せめて不安を煽る様な行為は謹んで欲しいが。

福島第１原発：「冠水」後に燃料取り出し…東電が作業計画

東京電力は３１日、福島第１原発事故処理で、溶融した核燃料を原子炉から取り出す作業計画を明らかにした。損傷した原子炉格納容器を補修して水で満たした「冠水」状態にした上で、上部から燃料を取り出すとしている。廃炉に向けた中長期の工程表を検討する内閣府原子力委員会専門部会に報告した。

　作業は、高い放射線量の原子炉建屋内で放射性物質の除去やがれきの撤去から始める。遠隔操作のロボットなどを使い、格納容器や原子炉建屋の漏えい部分を特定して補修。その後、格納容器内を水で満たした後、密閉性を確認、原子炉圧力容器のふたをはずして燃料を取り出すという。

　炉心溶融を起こした１～３号機の原子炉内には核燃料計１４９６体が入っているが、一部は圧力容器から格納容器やその外に漏れ出したとみられている。格納容器の水張りや取り出しには、高度な技術開発が必要となる。東電は「現段階での作業のイメージで、技術的難易度が高いと想定される場合には変更する可能性もある」と説明した。【足立旬子】

１００万という数字の正否なんてこの事実の前にはどうでもいいことです。

この危機的状況のなかで、日本国民としてどのように生き延びていくのかを、自ら考え行動していくことが求められています。
それを、海外報道で気づかされるというのは、恥ずかしいことだと思いますね♪

と書いておられる方がいますが、まさにその発表が100％正しいなどと信じることは危険ですが、

それらしき肩書きを持った人の言動を鵜呑みにし、丸めこまれないようにせねばなりませんね。


日本では、以前に合成洗剤を使えば奇形児が生れるという「合成洗剤危険論」と展開した三重大学の三上教授http://www.vc-lab.com/s33.htmlというのがいましたが、自らの研究結果を論文として発表することもなく、自説の危険論のみを発表し、異論を唱える他大学の方々と一緒に実験を行っても彼の実験と同じ結果も得られなかった...というものでした。

生命を守るために安全性の高い石ケンを推進する団体のアイドルとなっていました。革新団体の精力拡大に利用されていたという声もありました。



何事も鵜呑みにして喜ばないことです。

残念ながら諸外国は、自国に被害が及ばないとあまり気にしないのでは？

原発事故は起こってしまったので今更何を言おうが変わらないので今後を見守りこのような事故を起こさないようにするしかないでしょ。
ここを日本として考えないといけないけど政府は、あまり深刻に考えてるようには見えないかも
これが問題ですけどね

ちなみにここまで少子化が進み　賢くない政治屋、公務員、独占性の強い企業などが居ると
原発事故以外でも日本はなくなってしまいます。

被害が増えるのは、間違いないでしょ（２次被害とか）

自殺者も今後増えるでしょうし

正直どうしようもないでしょ・・・

ICRPを信ずにECRRの基準を参考にすれば良いと思います。

これまで半年間、原発を追っかけて思ったことですが、原発について、政治家は無知だと思います。　また、原子力安全保安院の斑目春樹氏とか安全委員会なども、馬鹿だと思います。　（馬鹿というのは、麻薬患者が麻薬が危険と思っていても、それを手に入れる為には健康など省みないといったようなことです。）　
野田新総理になって、日本の国会内に脱原発はなくなりました。　国民には体裁で「脱原発」と云うことがあっても、それは、新規原発を建ててそれが老朽化した40～50年後先の脱原発です。

日本の原発推進者と政府はICRP（国際放射線防護委員会）リスク・コストーベネフィット論を支持しています。
嘗て、広島や長崎に原爆が落とされた時に米国から、原発が人に与える影響の調査団（ABCC)が来ました、彼達は広島大学医学部や長崎県大学医学部を使って、診察でなく調査をさせました。その時の日本の診察をしない医師団に教育を受けた人たちが今の御用学者の山下俊一氏たちです。　

ICRPのコンセプトはABCCを受け継ぎ、原子力の利用は危険でも相応の利益があれば経済的負担をかるくして、有る程度の人的被害（癌など）が増えてもよいという、限りなく非人道的な基本スタンスで、成人男性の外部被曝を持って「被曝」を語ります。　パイロットやレントゲン、温泉、山岳地方の外部被曝と比較し、「１００ｍSv以下では健康には問題ない。」と、地上波TV番組で説明する御用学者の殆どがICRPの意見です。また、福島県の子供1年間の内部被曝２０ｍSvや作業員２５０ｍSvはICRPの意見を取り入れられました。

チェルノブイリ原発事故では、日本の広島、長崎の御用学者が何人も行きました。　海外では、広島長崎大学医学部の放射線の医者と言えば、「世界で一番放射線の知識を持つ人たち」と勘違いします。　『きっと、この人たちに診断されれば、自分達の子供達は甲状腺癌でも白血病でも治してくれる』と期待しました。　でも、彼達は今福島で、山下俊一氏が１００ｍSvでは健康に問題ない。むしろ健康にいい。と、言ったように、チェルノブイリ原発事故被害者を見捨てました。　彼らの報告はWHOやIAEAにも影響を与え、チェルノブイリ事故の被害者数は全く事実より小さくなりました。　日本の御用学者に診断を受けた人たちは、原発事故との因果関係をその日本の御用学者たちに否定されたことにより、国からの補償が受けられなくなったそうです。
ジュネーブのWHO本部前にはチェルノブイリ事故の真相が曲げられてWHOで報告されていることに意見を述べる市民がもう何年も前から毎日立っています。

チェルノブイリ原発事故では西ヨーロッパの各国も放射能被害を受けました。　ドイツまで２０００Km以上離れていますが、それでも、ホットスポットで今でもセシウム１３７の高線量の汚染が森のきのこや猪の肉に見つかります。（欧州では、それらは日本の魚と同じ、大切な食品です）

ECRRは限りなく人道的で、放射線や放射能は数量に関係なく人体に危険を及ぼすという意見です。2010年の勧告は、「公衆の構成員の被曝限度を０．１ｍSv以下に」と提言しています。　そして、核種とその低線量の呼吸や食品で体内に取り込まれ放射線を出し、DNAを傷つける体内被曝と年齢や性別の被害を重視しています。　ヨーロッパには御用学者など殆ど居ません。　また、チェルノブイリ原発事故後、「Die Wolke]（みえない雲）が小説や映画になって欧州でヒットし、殆どの人が原発事故の恐ろしさや対応を知ることになり、また、ドイツの緑の党など反原発党があり、民主主義が発展していることから、政府機関などは嘘がつけません。

日本はICRPの意見を取り入れないと、原発が建設できません。　原発の定期検査で作業員を危険な格納容器に入れて被曝させられません。　
日本の御用学者の全員が口をそろえて、「１００ｍSv以下では、ただちに健康に被害が無い。」と、言います。　しかし、ドイツの科学者たちは福島原発で作業員の２５０ｍSvを知って、年間１０ｍSv以上放射線被曝しても将来、何らかの病気になると言っていました。

今でも日本の食品基準は海外とは比較にならないほど、基準値が高いです。

それは、日本がICRPを支持し、それに対して理由付けられる御用学者のみを援助してきたからに他ありません。　日本は国が原発推進をすることで、国立大学の水準も国民の学力も意識的に下げているのです。

100万人というと福島県の人口の約半分の人が死ぬことに。

こんな人災でも、のほほんとしているのは、日本人のメンタリティだと思います。
国家や役人んどの権力に逆らえない、長いものには巻かれろ、和を乱すものは悪だと。
深層心理に植えつけられているのです。
権力の不義に対して「No」、間違っていると反発する気概をもっと
持った国民が増えてほしいです。
和や集団行動重視より、子供の時から自分で考えて行動できる
教育をしてほしいです。

この「クリストファー・バズビー教授」なる人物から。

英アルスター大学と書かれていますが、残念ながら彼に関してアルスター大学に所属を確認できませんでした。彼の研究業績については、・・・残念ながらあまりマトモではありません。彼の提唱した低量放射性物質の健康被害に関する理論については、データが不足していること、元データを恣意的に運用していること等から、受け入れられるものではありませんでした。

また、欧州放射線リスク委員会に所属していますが、欧州諸国を含むあらゆる政府とは関係のない、単なる反核団体です。

今回の福島原発に関して「ECRR リスクモデルと福島からの放射線」なる文書が出されましたが、このリスクモデル自体全く公開・検証されておらず、またデータも恣意的に運用されているようです。


あんまり安易にECRRのいうことを信じない方が良いというのは、反原発論者の今中氏ですら「なんでもかんでも「良く分からない内部被ばくが原因」となってしまう」と評しています。

日本人は現在1億2千万人ほどいます。100年後にはほぼ全員死んでいるので、毎年平均120万人死亡します。
なので100万人超が死亡するのは、死因の大部分を「低量放射性物質による内部被ばくが原因」とすれば、至極当然の結果です。
