下記の英文の構造を教えてください。from to　がどこからどこまでを指しているのかがわかりません。 見分け方なども含めて解説いただけませんか。よろしくお願いします。

to が２つあるように，from も２つあります。

from the field を canola oil にかけるのでなく，
これも「～から」「～から」と take にかける。

油を，キャノーラ草から，（そして・すなわち）畑から，
フライパンへ，（そして）燃料タンクへ

キャノーラ油の源を植物自体と畑という育つ場の２つを並べ，
その油の行く先としてフライパンと燃料タンクの２つを並べている。

キャノーラ油は料理用油としてだけでなく，バイオディーゼルとして燃料用にも使われる。

「そして」と一応しましたが，

to the fryer to the fuel tank というのは
「フライパンを通って，そして，燃料タンクへ」というのでなく，
「フライパンへ行く」そして「燃料タンクへも行く」という並列です。

"one company is working to take oil from the canola plant from the field to the fryer to the fuel tank" という部分ですね。

私は　from [(A) the canola plant from the field] to [(B) the fryer] to [(C) the fuel tank]　という流れで読みました。

つまり、from A to B to C ということで、「A から B へ、そして C へ」 という経路を表していると思います。

少し意訳すれば、

　「採取した菜種油は先ずは揚げ物用の食糧油として使われ、さらには燃料用の油に化するのである」

みたいな感じだろうと思います。

かどうかを判断するには、文脈から推測するしかないのでしょうか。

下記の2センテンスから「菜種油⇒食料油⇒燃料油」だということは、正しそうですんね。
