アクセスカウンタのタグを貼り付ける？？

　　　無料を謳っているのに、クレジットカードなどと心配な語句が有ります。
どのようなことを書いてあるのか教えてください。
　ちなみに、使用は止めて居ます。

htmlでテーブル（表）が組んであって、その中に広告が入っているだけです。

ごく単純なhtmlなので、心配は要りませんよ。
