英文レターで契約書に記載のメールアドレスについて問合せが来ました。

当社でソフトのライセンス契約をかわしたＭ社から、契約書のメールアドレスが相違しているので、確認して欲しいという英文レターが届きました。
契約書を確認した所、先方の誤入力によるもので、再度確認して欲しいという内容の返事をE-MAILで返事をしたいと思っています。
1）件名と本文は下記の文でよいでしょうか？
2）署名はなんと記入すべきでしょうか？

初めて英文でメールの返事をするので、E-MAILの注意点等ありましたら、教えて頂けるとうれしいです。

アメリカに３５年ちょっと住んでいる者です。

私なりに書かせてくださいね。

契約書に記入したアドレスは正しいもので,先方がメールを送ろうとしたときにアドレスを間違って入力した為に,配達できませんと言うメッセージを先方が受け取り,ご入力と気がつかずに,契約書に書いてあるアドレスが間違っていると先方は思ったのですね.　それを確認する為にはレターしかないと言う事でレターをそちらに送ってきたと言う事ですね。

件名は問題ありません.

本分ですが,

This is to confirm we have received your letter dated xx/xx/xx on the above matter.

We have checked with the contract and found there is no error in the e-mail address shown.

Herewith we confirm our e-mail address is xxx@xxx as indicated in the contract.

If you still experience problems, please feel free to fax us at 011-81-6-6xxx-xxxx.

と言う感じになります.　なお、ファックス番号ですが,06ではなく6だけとなっていますので、ご注意ください.　また、011-81-6とアメリカからであれば,入力する事になっています. 日本への電話/ファックスの経験があれば問題ないわけですが,あるかもしれないと言う事で,電話番号/ファックス番号を記入する時に, Japan+6-5xxx-xxxxと言う書き方をすることに決めている会社も多いです.

これでいかがでしょうか。　分かりにくい点がありましたら、補足質問してください。
