少なくとも an, a が必要。

「一人は兄で、一人は弟」の意味にするなら、

She has two brothers, an older berother and a younger brother.
でいいと思います

どちらが年上ですか？」と聞きたければ、下記のように、二つの文に分け、最後に疑問符をつけると文法にあっています。

　　　　She has two brothers.Which is the older?
