私から突然手紙を受け取りびっくりさせてしまったかもしれませんね。
ごめんなさい。
実は（名前）が仕事でイタリアへ行ってから連絡が取れません。
出張は３日間だけと聞いています。２日後に電話で話そうと言ったきり、メッセージを送っても返事が来ません。イタリアから帰ったとも聞いていません。
忙しくて返事が出来ないだけならいいんだけど、ここしばらく彼はとても忙しそうだったし、何かあったのかなって心配で。
家族で英語が話せるのはあなただけだと聞いています。
頼れるのはあなたしかいません。面倒をかけてしまいますが、何か知っていたら教えて。
連絡を待っています。

I'm sorry for surprising you texting all of a sudden.
Actually, since (名前) went to Italy on his business trip, I cannot contact with him.
He said this business trip would be only three days; nevertheless, no reply comes to my text, although we were supposed to talk on the phone during his staying in Italy.
I don't even know whether he's still in Italy or he's already back.
I don't mind if he's too busy to reply me, but since he seemed very busy, I'm just worried whether something wrong is going on with him.
I heard you are the only person speaking English in your family, I mean, you are the only person I can rely on now.
I'm really sorry for bothering you, but if you have any information about him, please let me know.
