英語で表現すると何というのでしょうか？

病気をしていた友達に掛けてあげたい言葉なんですが
英語ではどう伝えればいいのでしょうか？

人生には思ってもいない出来事が起こる事があるね。
痛くてとても辛かったと思う。よく頑張ったね！

でも家に帰る事ができたと聞いて少し安心しました。


無理せずに少しづつ元気になってまた元気なハッピースマイル見せてね！

Sometimes life throws you curveballs. I can't imagine how difficult and painful the last few (days/weeks/months) have been for you. I'm so glad you pulled through.
