病気について。英訳お願い致します。

私は病気になったことを英語で伝えたいです。

急性心不全になりました。
心臓が肥大し、水が溜まっています。
肺も水が溜まって呼吸障害になっています。
思ったより深刻な状況でした。

絶対安静で２週間の入院が必要ですが、
無理を言って５日分の薬をもらい自宅療養中です。
５日後に入院することになると思います。

急性心不全になりました。

I had acute heart failure.

心臓が肥大し、水が溜まっています。
My heart is enlarged and retains fluid.

肺も水が溜まって呼吸障害になっています。
My lung also retains fluid, which makes it difficult to breathe.

思ったより深刻な状況でした。
It was much more serious than I thought.

絶対安静で２週間の入院が必要ですが、
I was told to have complete bedrest in hospital for 2 weeks.

無理を言って５日分の薬をもらい自宅療養中です。
But, they gave me medication for 5 days upon my strong request and I have been resting at home.

５日後に入院することになると思います。
I think I will be back into the hospital after 5 days

I suffered from acute heart failure.

Heart is enlarged, and water collects.
Water collects, and the lungs suffer from breathing disorder, too.
It was the situation that was serious than I thought.
2-week hospitalization is necessary for complete bedrest,
I am unreasonable and get medicine for 5th and am undergoing medical treatment at home.
I think that I will be hospitalized five days later.

Suddenly My Heart Condition is found to be serious.

My Heart size is expanding and useless liquid is increasing.
My Lung is also being filled with some liquid, which is making my breath （respiration) difficult.
The situation looks more serious than my expectation.

I was said by doctor to keep silent and stay no move in Hospital for two weeks.
But succeed to back to my home with 5 days medicine, after hard negotiation with doctor.
Maybe I will have to back to hospital after this 5 days home stay.
