andのつなぎ方がよく分かりません

(1)Many people are recently unemployed and coming for help.

(2)Where somebody took time with personally and understood what your dream was.

(3)I want to start from a simplistic place and then I want to complexify a little bit.

(4)Lower salaries mean that for Japanses car automakers, it's not about bailouts but rollouts, and having cash on hand.


(1)のようにMany people areが共通で受け身unemployedと動名詞comingの品詞が違う単語をつなぐ場合と

(2)のようにsomedodyだけが共通で同じ品詞のtookとunderstoodをつなぐ場合と

(3)のようにandの前で一度区切りがあり、andの後を改めて主語、述語とつなぐ場合と

(4)のようにmeanの目的語としてit's not about bailouts but rolloutsとhaving cash on handをつなぐ場合


があると自分の中でまとめたのですが、あっていますでしょうか？

また、andの使い方の決まりやコツなどがありましたら教えて頂けないでしょうか？

and は同類のもの同士を並べる時に間に挟んで使います。

同類のものは
次の様に各種ありますので、これらも含めてまとめるのが良いと思います。

主語を並べる
動詞を並べる
目的語を並べる
補語を並べる
副詞（句、節）を並べる
限定用法の形容詞を並べる
前置詞を並べる
文全体を並べる
述語全体を並べる

(1)Many people are recently unemployed and coming for help.

これは２つの主格補語を並べています
recently unemployed と
coming for help.　　　　です

(2)Where somebody took time with personally and understood what your dream was.

これは述部全体を並べています
took time with personally　　と
understood what your dream was　です

(3)I want to start from a simplistic place and then I want to complexify a little bit.

これは文全体を並べています
I want to start from a simplistic place　と
I want to complexify a little bit.　　です

(4)Lower salaries mean that for Japanses car automakers,
　　　it's not about bailouts but rollouts, and having cash on hand.

これは前後が無いので、断定できませんが、that節中で２つの補語を並べていると思います
not about bailouts but rollouts　と
having cash on hand　　　です
