最近日本旅行を経験したという中国人ネットユーザーが、以下のような「日本基本情報」をネット上で発表した。

１．公衆トイレは紙を持っていく必要がない

２．ゴミは厳しく分別しなければならない

３．乳幼児の医療費は無料

４．女性は化粧をしなければ外に出ない。化粧は見た目をよくするだけでなく、異性を尊重するものと考えられている

５．トイレットペーパーは便器に流せる

６．革靴で一週間歩いても汚れない

７．進学の際、お金がなければ学費を借りることができ、卒業後に返せる

８．水道水をそのまま飲むことができる

９．ほとんどのトイレは暖房便座や洗浄装置を備えている

１０．道路交通法では人が最優先

１１．電車の中で電話してはいけない。大声で話してはいけない

１２．日本人は財布をジーンズの後ろポケットに入れることを好む。例え半分露出していても、盗まれる心配をしない

このネットユーザーは文章の中で「中日関係が緊張していたこともあり、日本にはずっと大きな偏見を持っていた」と書いており、初めての訪日だった模様。だが、今回の旅行を通じて「日本は伝統文化をよく保存しており、学ぶべき点が多い」と認識を改めたという。

5. It is OK to throw toilet paper away to the toilet. 　But be careful toilet paper only.
中国人を引率して国内旅行した時、トイレにバナナの皮を流してホテル中大騒ぎになったことが昔あったので、、、。　

6. Leather shoes won't get dirty even if you've worn it for a week because all roads are well paved.　日本の道路は良く舗装され、しかも良く整備されているのです。

7. Scholarship is well equipped with. If you don't have enough money when enroll in any educational institution, you can get a roan. Then you'll be able to pay it back.

11. Strictly prohibited to talk on the phone and talk loudly on the train.
英語の場内アナウンスで『Strictly prohibited』と言っていましたので、、。

Recently, some Chinese, who went to Japan, announced the standard information of Japan on the Internet.

8. You can drink water from the faucet.

9. Most of the toilets have Washlet. For your information, Washlet is a technical thing which is for warming and washing your butt.

S/he said China-Japan relations has had a tension so that I had prejudice toward Japan in her/his own sentences.
It seems her first visiting in Japan.
While s/he had prejudice toward Japan, s/he change the recognition of Japan because Japan respects their own traditional culture and s/he thought they(japanese) had a good poind we(chinese) should learn.

あと７ってどういうことですか？卒業後返せるっていうのは仕事が100%決まるから返せるということなんですか？

7は日本の奨学金制度のことを言ってるのだと思います。欧米の奨学金制度に比べて、日本のそれは遙かに劣るものなんですが、中国にはそもそもこういう制度がないのかも知れませんね。それで、日本の奨学金制度が立派なものに見えたので特筆したのでしょう。

先ほどの国会で、(欧米のように)卒業後返還しなくてもいい奨学金を設けてはどうかと野党議員が質問していましたが、日本の奨学金は卒業後に返還するのが原則になっているようです。
「卒業後返せる」というのは、原文が中国語のハズですから、確かなことは分かりかねますが、要するに、卒業後に返すようになっている日本の制度のことを言ってるのだと思います。
