B) 今日、eメールは便利なコミュニケーションの手段として多くの人々に定着しつつある。
（比較的速く届くばかりでなく、）電話のように相手の都合が悪いときに相手のじゃまをすることがない。

75点はあげられます。

1.
> millions people

何百、何千、何万、... というときには、数詞を複数形にして、of をはさんで名詞をつけます。
hundreds of, thousands of, tens of thousands of, hundreds of thousands of, millions of
という具合です。

ですからここも、millions of people とする必要があります。


2.
> enough amount of food

enough に amount of のニュアンスがあるので冗長な感じですが、これでも構いません。

> die of poverty

これでは「貧困で死ぬ」ことになります。
「飢えて死ぬ」「飢え死にする」は die of hunger または die of starvation です。

>Todayでもいいですか

何の問題もありません。


5.
> is becoming a useful communication's way

これでは、「便利なコミュニケーション手段になりつつある」という意味になって、日本語からは少しずれてしまいます。

「定着する」を「普通だ」「ありふれている」と言い換えれば、模範解答のようになるでしょう。

これだと、「メールは人の邪魔をしないが、電話は邪魔をしてしまう」となり、「電話は不便だ」という意味が強調されてしまいます。

また、メールは文字を使うので、call よりも write のほうが適切です。
whom はかなり堅苦しいので、
