ebayの入札制限

ebayで20個ぐらい購入しましたら下記の英文が出てきまして入札ができませんでした。

It looks like you're unable to purchase this item at this time. To help prevent unpaid items, we restrict the number of auctions where a buyer is the highest bidder. If you're outbid on one of your auctions, you'll be able to bid on this or other items.

おそらく入札制限が入ったと思うのですがどうすれば解除できるのでしょうか？出品制限みたいに来月まで待たなくてはいけないのでしょうか?
もし制限解除ができるようなら、英語は話せないのでメールでやり取りができるようなら例文などいただけるととても助かります。

「一時的に入札制限に達しました。
今のところこの商品を購入することはできません。商品未払いを防ぐため、私どもは買い手が一番高い値をつけるオークションの数を制限しています。もし現在入札しているオークションからひとつ手をひけばこの商品か別の商品に入札可能となります。

代替えの方法としては、この商品か別の商品を購入する為に、リストの「カートに入れる」（Add to cart）か、「即決購入」（Buy it now）ボタンを押して支払いを済ませてください。」

買い手が多数の商品に支払い手続きをしないまま最高額での入札だけを続けるとこうしたメッセージが出てくるようです。これはeBayのActivity制限というもので、以前は出品者が主に対象でしたが未払いトラブルの増加などで、入札者にも適用されるようになりました。

で解決策ですが、このメッセージが出る場合は未払い商品を減らす以外、新規で入札する方法はありません。来月までまったとしても未払いが減る訳ではないので、私ならば今入札している商品の中でBuy it NowでもOKのものを探して、その価格が自分の入札金額に近いか安いならば即決して、未払い商品の数を減らします。
