We had sex with no protection. I haven't been able to go get check for anything. I was seeing if you had any std's or anything I should be aware of. I have had sex with other Japanese girls without protection. Please don't take it offensive or rude I just need to know so I can be careful.
Ishould be awere ofの目的語はany std or anythingでしょうか？となれば（認識してなければならない～（病気）を持ってるかどうか）という意味で宜しいでしょうか？

どちらかと言うと、(that) I should be aware of がかかるのは anything の方だけでしょう。

STD で（いくつか種類があるにせよ）、ある程度特定された事柄で、
この言葉だけで、普通に should be aware of であり、
STD ひとことを言い換えたのが、あるいは並列になっているのが
anything I should be aware of 全体、という感じがします。
