まずあなたの話は、

Your story友訳せますが、What you sayとか色々バリエーションを使うことができるでしょう。

According to your story, it seems that you still like him.
Listening to what you say, I think you still like him.
I can see/imagine from what you say that you still like him.
What I feel from your story is that you still like him.
Your story tells me somehow that you still like him.
