このsomeoneの代名詞がyouである理由、また他の名詞に置き換えることはできるのでしょうか？
具体例も挙げて説明して頂ければ幸いです。
また、1If we get marrid in Japan, either of us must change the famiy name to the other's under the civil law.
2If we get marrid in Japan, we must change either of our famiy names to the other's under the civil law.
1及び２について、文法的に文意をなすのか、Japanese pepopleを主語にしたとして、either of them must change his or her（their） family names to the other'sとしても両方の名前が変わるわけではなく、family names（複数でも）一方に変わるとの文意に誤解を生じないでしょうか？若しくはone of usにした方が良いのでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。

英文は以下の方がスマートです。

If there's someone here who can speak Chinese, I'd appreciate it if you could help me with my Chinese.

ここはYouでなければなりません。辞書などを見るとYouの不定代名詞の用法になります。
意味は「誰でも、誰か」です。日本語訳としては不定代名詞なので訳さないことが多いです。
　　私の中国語を助けてくれたら　となります。
他の人称代名詞にはこのような使い方はありません。


このYouの用法は
　You cannot win if you do not try your best.
　　最善を尽くさないと勝てない。
これは特定の2人称でなく「誰でも」の意味です。
　Nobody can win if you do not try your best.
Nobody can win if one does not try one's best.
いろいろあ言い方があります。


Civil LawはCivil Codeの方がBetterです。
Civil lawは英国ではマグナカルタ、名誉革命などで市民が勝ち取ってきた法体系を指すからです。

以下で問題ありません。
If we get married in Japan, either of us must change the family name to the other's under the civil code.
If we get married in Japan, we must change either of our family names to the other's under the civil code.

Japaneseを主語とするとJapaneseは単複同形です。Peopleはいりません。Under the civil lawもいりません。
質問の通りの英文でもいいと思います。以下のようにも書けます。If よりWhenの方がスマートです。
When Japanese get married, the couple has to choose one family name from their original family names.
