I read an interesting article. It said that Facebook, Inc publicized they are under development of a system that they can put what we think in a device as characters without using hands. This system isn't a way that something hardware is put in a brain by an operation but in the outside of a head with detachable, and it read brain activities. They aim to put 100 characters per a minute in a device in the future and this is five times as fast as we can put in them with hands in a smartphone. The prospect of implementation doesn't look brighter but the developer said "You think it is impossible but it would be incarnated sooner than expected."

We usually write what we think after organizing them. If the idea will be incarnated, the screen of a device would be filled with many words which we think randomly. Do you think we will be able to put what we think in a device in the future without using hands?

I read an interesting article.

It said that Facebook, Inc publicized they are under development of a system that they can put what we think in an information terminal device as characters without using hands.

** a device → a information terminal device

It says that Facebook, inc. has publicized a system they are developing. The system is able to decode what we think and input characters into a terminal device without the help of fingers.
** "be able to ~"は"be capable of ~ing"にしてもいいかもです。
** without the help of hands は"fingers"だと思います 。

This system isn't a way that something hardware is put in a brain by an operation but in the outside of a head with detachable, and it read brain activities.
** a way that ~ と something hardware は意味がとりにくいと思います。

The method is not implanting some device into the (human) brain but installing a detachable one close to the head to read the activity in the brain.
=The method is ~ing.
http://eowf.alc.co.jp/search?q=%e3%81%9d%e3%81%a …
** some + 単数名詞=a certain device
** one = a device
on the head とすれば、頭に密着ですが、一応個々では close to ~ にしています。

They aim to put 100 characters per a minute in a device in the future and this is five times as fast as we can put in them with hands in a smartphone.
** put → input; per a minute → per minute; in a device → into the device
** we can put in them with hands in a smartphone
→ we input them into a smartphone with fingers

They aim to input 100 characters into the device per minute in the future and this is five times as fast as we input (them) with fingers.

The prospect of implementation doesn't look brighter but the developer said "You think it is impossible but it would be incarnated sooner than expected."

It will take a while to see this plan really working. The developer, however, said "You think it's impossible but it won't be so long as you might expect (it will).
** "it won't be long"に"not so ~ as you might expect (it will [be] [long])"の形にしています。

We usually write what we think after organizing them.

If the idea will be incarnated, the screen of a device would be filled with many words which we think randomly.
a device → the device(もうすでに何度も解説されたあのdeviceという意味)

If the idea becomes a reality, the screen connected to the device will be filled with many words we think at random.

Do you think we will be able to put what we think in a device in the future without using hands?

Do you think we will be able to input what we think into a device without using fingers in the future?
