A few years later in 2015,the CIA pulled staff out of the U.S embassy in Beijing,after a hack blamed on the Chinese state exposed information about millions of,US federal employees.

after以後、blamed on がhackを修飾し、afterは前置詞だと思うのですが、いまいち文意が掴めないので意訳を入れて説明して頂ければ幸いです。

after以降の構造は次の通りです。

after→　接続詞
a hack blamed on the Chinese state → 主語
exposed → 動詞
informationから最後まで→ exposed の目的語

『中国国家のせいとされるハッキングが何百万人ものアメリカ連邦職員についての情報を暴露した後、2～3年後の2015年CIAは北京のアメリカ大使館からスタッフを引き上げた。』
