私の撮ったビデオを使いたいとの要請への返事を英語でお願いします。

私は飛行機の動画を撮影してYoutubeにアップしてるのですがとある外国の航空会社から「プローモションビデオを作るので動画を使わせてください」という問い合わせが来ましたので下記のように返信したいので英語に翻訳をお願いします。

「私のビデオを見てくれてありがとうございます。
私のビデオを無償で使っていただいてかまいませんが小さな文字で結構ですので著作権を表す"(C)＊＊＊＊"字幕を入れてください。
あと幾つか質問があります。

貴殿の必要なビデオの状態（字幕無し版 or 未編集の素材版）をお知らせください。

動画の受け渡しの方法をどうするのかお知らせください。

プロモーション映像の完成を楽しみにしています。」

Please go ahead and use my video clip at no charge, but please show copyright to myself on the video somewhere.

I also have a few questions.

What format will you need the video in? (ie without the subtitles or unedited raw data)

How should I hand over the data to you?

I look forward to seeing the promotion video.

If you want to using my video in free which is possible.
However could you insert it about my copyright subtitle "著作表示の文字列"?

And I've any questions that need English (英語でない場合は言語名) subtitle or doesn't it ? Then could you inform me how way do I send my video to you?
