「本物のゴッホの絵を見たのは昨日が初めてだよね？」
と聞く場合に、it is not u tilの書き換えで、１You didn't see a genuine　Van　Gogh untill yesterday.did you?/２Didn't you see a genuine　Van　Gogh untill yesterday.did you?３You saw the genuen Van Gogh yesterday for the first time, didn't you.そして、４You haven't seen a Picasso original until yesterday?（完了形）は確かに完了形として過去から現在を通して前置詞untilとすれば、ほかのサイトで回答してくださっているように「不自然というレベルじゃないです」と解釈するのですが。また、the first time お用いる場合 は「初めての経験をしている」と意味し、他サイトでの回答文においてWas it your first time seeing a Van Gogh　or Was it the first time seeing~?は疑問がある表現かと考えますが、自然な用法になるのでしょうか？

Was it the first time seeing～という表現はあります。

～を見るのはそれが初めてでしたか。という感じですね。
