以下の英部についてお尋ねします。Honne okw Japanese

Sometimes Japanese say yes when they mean to say no to decline proposals or invitations, trying not to give bad feelings to offering persons.
When they make proposals or invitations to persons who are not wanted to accept, yet they do that positively saying like yes instead of no.
For example, if you invite a Japanese to a party and the invitee say yes, but he/she might mean no. This happens often in Japan. So we can sense what the meaning of yes or no relatively easy by the situation as long as we are talking with Japanese. This culture in Japan is very hard to understand and strange for foreigners.

1yet they do that positively saying like yes instead of no.の部分で、sayingは分詞構文との理解でよろしいでしょうか？
２ relatively easy by the situation のeasyはどういう修飾関係にあるのでしょうか？これは副詞用法（口語）との理解でよろしいでしょうか？「新英和大辞典adv」
３Japniseの用法なのですが、単数のa Japanese や複数のJapaneseは英語サイトでは非標準だからa Japanese person, Japanese popleのように言うべきとありましたが、実際はどうなのでしょうか？
例えばgoogleでもWhy can't Japanese speak English./Why Japanese people can't~.と両方出てきますが、基準は主観なのでしょうか？それとも文語的な場合はJapanese peopleなのでしょうか？

  回答ありがとうございます。言われるようにこれは日本人が書いた英語です。私はwind-sky-wind様のtipsで違和感が解消できた部分があり、Japaneseの用法も説得力があります。では、

1 do that positively と同時進行で

まあ、分詞構文は基本これです。
ここはちょっと日本人英語っぽく感じます。
aren't wanted もおかしいですし。
関係代名詞節の部分が支離滅裂、
言いたいことは推測できますが、英語の理解にとっては無意味。

2 easy の副詞用法はありますし、
good を米口語では副詞に使うなどもありますが、
ここは easily の方が普通。

3 一般的にアメリカ人は
という場合は Americans で普通ですが、
一般的に日本人は
は Japanese people です。

複数 Japanese で文法的には正しいはずですが、おかしく響きます。

学校文法では the Japanese で日本国民全体を表しますが、
かたく響きます。

persons という複数は people が普通。

一人の日本人は
a Japanese でもいいと思います。

特に補語の場合は person がない方が普通でしょうが、
補語では形容詞として
He is Japanese. の方が普通ですが。

とにかく、Japanese people を使うことです。

1．They を主語とする分詞構文ですね。

2．「だから、我々は状況によって、イエスかノーかを容易に理解することができる」ですから、easy は sense にかかってますね。
３．Japanese は単数で使われるときは a Japanese 、複数で使われるときは Japanese ,単複いずれでも使われるようです。
