Professor Kato, I need to apologize to you. I have to return you the English book you lent me by tomorrow, but I lost it. I have looked for it for three days. I can’t still find it. I think I probably left it by oversight at the library because I often studied English for the next test there. こんな簡単な英文で、
＞put in...で「（労力などを）つぎ込む」という意味
と説明する人が人の英語をあれこれ言うのが不思議です。

この自分の回答に対して校正をすることから始めてはいかがですか？

すみません、もうひとつ・・・これは完全な私の勘違いでした。

これはこのままで正しいです。

なぜか、『それについて何か問題があるかどうか、お知らせ下さい」ととってしまい・・・
（この場合だとif節は名詞節になるので、if 節の中は未来形になるのですが）
おっちょこちょいで申し訳ありません。

実力はかなりお有りと見え、文法的にもほぼ完璧なのですが、さらに上を目指されていらっしゃるようですので、（他のレベルの方には直さない）細かい部分を直させて頂きます。

I have to return you the English book you lent me by tomorrow→I am supposed to return the English you lent me to you by tomorrow.
文法的には間違ってはいませんが、内容的に直しました。
まず、have toと言うのは、ほとんどの場合「いやだけど~しなければならない』というニュアンスになります。
嫌ではないでしょうから、「～することになっている」という意味のbe supposed to~を使ったほうが良いと思います。
また、語順も間違いではないですが、return 物 to 人　という言い方の方が自然（というか、多い）です。

I have looked for it....→I have been looking for it...
中学校ではこのような文が正解となっていて、またこれもはっきり誤りとはいえないのですが、このような現在完了『たった今まで探してきた』といニュアンスで、探すのはもうおしまいと言うふうに受け取られてしまうことが多いです。
現在完了進行形にすると、「これからも探し続ける」というニュアンスが出ます。

by oversightより、inadvertently（うっかり＝carelessly)の方が適切かと思います。

because I often studied English →because I often study English...
これは、私の推測ですが、おそらく今もよく図書館で勉強されるのでは？と思いますので。（もしそうでなかったら、そのままで結構です）

could you give me more time to look for it? →could you allow me a little more time to look for it?
giveでも正しいですが、allowの方がよいかと思います。またmore timeもa littleをつけて言うことが多いですね。
質問者様のレベルですから、a littleが本当に『ちょっと』という意味には必ずしもならないことはおわかりと思います。

if she has the English book→if she has it.
たしかにこのように（一度代名詞にしたものを今度は普通名詞で言う）いうこともないではありませんが、ここはがちょっと不自然に感じました。

As soon as I find it, I return you it.→As soon as I find it, I'll return it to you.
未来形にすることと、あと、先程述べましたように、この語順のほうが（少なくともアメリカでは）多いです。

Please let me know if you have any problems about it. →Please let me know if you will have any problems about it.
やはり、ここは未来形（あるいはwould でも）のほうが良いでしょう。
