自分が送信したメールへの返答ならメールアドレスの間違いを確認する

自分が送信した覚えがないなら迷惑メールなので無視して削除する
です。

こういう定型分の一部を入力して検索する大概わかりますよ

しかし　shima-＊＊@ikibbig.jp　って　心当たりがないのでしょうか？

　単に、メールの配信処理が送れたことを通知するものなので、何も対処する必要はありませんが、・・・・

　何か、他に気にかかることがあるのでしょうか？
