契約書の英文について教えて下さい。

下記に示す諸条件をＡＢＣからの正式な提案とみなすならば、承諾は明確に下記に示した諸条件だけに限定される。

　

言い換えれば、これから言う事をことだけを承認したと思って下さい。それ以上の束縛はありませんので悪しからず・・・と言う事です。

全体の文脈を把握した上でちょっと考えないと、規定の趣旨を理解するのは難しいと思います。

要するに、ここでのメインテーマは、
「本条件書を読んだ上で弊社のサービスにアクセスしたからには、本条件書に従ってもらう」
というもの。

法学的には、
・本条件書(these terms and condition)が契約の申込み(offer)
・あなたがその会社のサービスにアクセスすることにより、申込みを承諾(acceptance)
・offer +acceptance = 契約の成立
という理論構成になります。

で、
acceptance is expressly limited to these terms は、
「あなたが承諾（して、法的な契約が成立）するのは、本条件書に限定される」
と言っているわけで

つまり、本条件書以外の様々な宣伝文句等を見て「そういうことなら使ってみようか」となった場合でも、法的にはあくまで
本条件書 + 承諾 ＝ 契約成立
ということ。
