という英文を訳さねばなりませんが、この2文目の前半の訳し方を教えてください。occurの意味とその前後のitとthatの訳し方に苦戦してます。
宿題の説話の英訳ですが、聖書の一文のようです。

聖書の日本語訳は下記ですので、参考にして訳して下さい。

彼の息子たちはそれぞれの誕生日に自分の家で宴をもうけ、三人の姉妹を呼んでいっしょに食べたり飲んだりした。 その宴の日が一巡するごとに、ヨブは息子たちを呼びよせて聖別した。つまり、早起きして、彼らと同じ数だけ全焼のいけにえをささげた。息子たちが罪を犯し、心のなかで神を呪ったかもしれない、と思ったからである。ヨブはいつもこのようにした。

it would occur that は単に「以下のことが(しばしば)起きた」といった程度の意味だと思います。主文 Job would send の would は過去の習慣。
