ebayアカウント凍結について

今回、下記の内容（英文）で
どうやらアカウントが凍結されてしまったみたいです。

翻訳サイトを使ってみたのですが、
いまいち理解できませんでした。


1）運転免許証のコピー
2) 名前と請求先の住所を示している最近のクレジットカード明細書、
　　銀行取引明細書、またはユーティリティ請求書のコピー

上記２点のコピーをFAXするのだと思うのですが、
免許証、クレジットカード明細書等は日本語のものでよいのでしょうか？
（日本語のものしか用意できませんが・・・）

また、２）の
名前と請求先の住所を示している最近のクレジットカード明細書、
銀行取引明細書、またはユーティリティ請求書のコピー

とはどのようのものでしょうか？

クレジットカード明細書や銀行取引明細書は
ほとんどネット上でのオンライン請求書にしてあるので無いのですが？

１．免許証等、本人確認書類は日本語のもので構いません。

ただ、向こうの担当者があなたを確認するため、１枚目のFAX送付票にあなたの名前とeBay IDを英数字で書いて下さい。
２．クレジットカードが生きていれば月々の請求書が郵送されてくるはずなので、そのコピーです。
　web請求書に切り替えている場合は、web請求書の画面（名前の入ったもの）をプリントアウトして下さい。

あと、できれば教えてほしいのですが

記載のFAX番号に何度かけてもFAXが送れませ。
呼び出し音は鳴っています。

いろいろ調べて、
Bフレッツにも聞いて

掛け方は間違いないようです。（010-1-801-545-2700）

何か良い方法（対処方）はないでしょうか？
