あそこの潮流は、何でも海に流してしまうほどのものだ。
“the current up there”が主語で、“are”が動詞、“such that ～”が補語です。

“such that”のところがどうしてもわかりにくければ、“such currents that anything would have been taken out to sea”(何でも海に流されてしまうほどの潮流)のように“currents”を補って考えればよいと思います。
