最近ゲームをアメリカamazonのマーケットプレイスで注文したのですが、お届け予定日をもう5日過ぎたのに届かなかったので売り手にメールを送りました。

送った内容
My order has passed the estimate delivery date, but I haven't received it yet.
Could you investigate and let me know the status of my order, please?

そしたら今日の朝返信が来ていたのですが、少し難しくてわからないので訳していただけないでしょうか？

I am sorry it is taking so long to get your shipment.

Please be aware that international orders can get delayed due to customs. We have been seeing brutal delays to some international locations due to very slow customs clearance issues. Canada has been terrible lately with an average delay of 3 weeks. So have a few other countries like Italy and Brazil. This is beyond our control. I hope you can understand this. Sometimes a package can be shipped from here in the USA and get to an international location in less than a week. Then, the next time a package may take 2 months. Customs can be very strange sometimes.

Most international orders arrive in 1-3 weeks from the shipping date. In rare cases it can take up to 4-8 weeks, but this is very uncommon. We shipped your package on time. So, I kindly request that we wait, and if it does not show up I will replace it or refund your money. I will be here if you need me, but I would not want to refund your money and then have the game show up soon after.

ちなみに配送方法はUSPSです。USPSの追跡確認は出来ませんでした。
