英文の添削をお願いしたいです

携帯についての英文を書いたんですが、なかなか上手くいかず、文法的に間違ってるところや、もっとこうしたほうがいいなどのアドバイスがあったら教えてもらえないでしょうか？
少し長いのですが、参考にさせていただければ嬉しいです
よろしくお願いします。

Communication skills fail with the mobile phone. Due to frequently mobile email, we not have fewer opportunities to talk while seeing a face each other. For example, even when a confession of love, sometimes they convey a felling of just hitting the mail. I think that I should speak an important story while accurately seeing partner’s appearance. Also, calling and emailing carelessly can sometimes make others uncomfortable. Email doesn’t see other party’s face, any content can be readily sent to everyone. However, it is true the increase in spam and malicious act of bullying because of email. Mobile phones not only take less communication, and may be malicious communications.

日本語＞携帯を持つとコミュニケーション能力が衰える。携帯電話のメールが増えたことによって私たちはお互いに顔を合わせて話す機会が少なくなった。たとえば、告白をするときでさえ、メールだけで思いを伝えることさえある。私は大切な話はちゃんと相手の顔を見ながら話すべきだと思う。また、電話やメールは他の人を不快にさせることもある。メールは相手の顔を見ないで簡単に送ることができる。しかしメールのせいで悪意のあるメールやいじめなどが増えている。携帯電話はコミュニケーションを減らすだけではなく悪いコミュニケーションをとることにもなる。

日本語でも言いたい事があまり上手く表現できていないのですが、良い表現など、日本語も崩してもらっても大丈夫です。むしろ変なところがいっぱいあると思うので・・

In addition, it is true that there is an increase in spam and malicious act because of email. Mobile phones not only cause less communication, but may also cause impersonal communications.

Having a mobile phone lowers one's communication skills. Through

roliferation of email via our mobile phones, we have reduced our opportunities to talk one on one. For example, even in a confession of love, we might only use email. I believe that we should talk tête-à-tête over important issues. Also, phone calls or emails may offend some people. We may easily send emails without seeing the other persons face. However, it is also true the increase in email is causing an increase in malicious mail and bullying. Mobile phones may well decrease the amount of communication. Mobile phones not only lessens communication but also may lead to an increase in untoward communications.
