figcaption要素の中にul要素

html5において、figcaption要素の中にul要素を入れるのは問題無いでしょうか？？

　要はfigureの中に一回だけ登場できて、そのときは最初か最後だけ・・。内部にはフローなら何でももてる。すなわちulだろうがh1だろうが・・
