OpenPNEについての質問

OpenPNEについての質問です。インストール時に下記のエラーがでてしまい対処に困っています。どこがどう悪いのか見当がつかない状態です。ご存じの方対処法をお願いします。

これだけでは、どこに問題があるのか分かりませんが・・

基本的に、インストールは、配布パッケージを展開して、config.phpに若干の修正を行うだけのハズです。
・配布パッケージを正しく展開／配置していない。（大文字小文字、文字コード等）
・config.php等で要らぬ修正を行った。

いずれかじゃないですかね。
