我が家はマンションですが、houseを使えるのですか？

先日、我が家に友人を招いてパーティーを開きました。
我が家はマンションなのですが、まずは最上階のパーティールームで昼食およびアルコールを楽しみ、その後、我が家に移りお茶会をしたことを、英語で書きたいと思っています。

例えば
I invited my friends to my house last sunday.
My apartment has a party room on the top story that command the view of the ocean.
We had lunch and drank at the party room and then we enjoyed chat with sweets and coffee in my room.
と 表現しようか悩んでいます。
自宅がマンションの場合は、my houseを使えるのでしょうか？my roomなんでしょうか？

その他の訂正等も含めてアドバイスをお願いします。

まず、使用する語について。

日本語で意味するとこころの「マンション」は、通常、英語では、分譲マンションなら 建物全体に言及するときは、condominium（略してcondo）ないしcodominium building)で、賃貸マンションなら apartment building。各戸に言及するときはunitで、後者は単にapartmentも（An apartment buillding is a structure with individual apartment units (apartments) with a common entrance and hallway)。各unitがhomeになるわけです。

次に貴英文について少し（日本文を参考にしながら）：
第一文：　Sunday はタイプミスですね。houseでもいいですがhomeのほうがこのような内容だと好まれる感じがします。
第二文：　My apartment has a party room　というのは、頭書の説明で内容的に不可です。貴殿が住んでるunitの中にパーティルームがあることになってしまいます。後半のところはcommands a (good) view ofという成句はいかが。
第三文：chat with 人　です。　sweetsはinanimatesですからoverを（
意味はわかってもらえるがネイティブには「ン？」の感じでしょう。つまり、chat withのあとにinanimatesを「期待しない」）。roomはunitの中の（一つの）部屋という意味ゆえ不可。in my room は「我が家の中にある「私の部屋」。

で、貴英文をいかすと、

I invited my friends to my home last Sunday. The codominium（またはapartment) building I live in has a party room on the top floor which commands a good view of the ocean. So, we had lunch and alchoholic beverages there and then we enjoyed chatting over some sweets and coffee in my home（賃貸ならapartmentも）.

drank at the partyというとdrank ( a bit) too much といった感じが私にはします。

I would like invite you to my home party next Sunday. Time, place and other details are as under-mentioned. Firstly I offer you lunch and some drinks at a party-room located at top of my apartment for an hour or so. Then we shift to my room downstairs to enjoy a chat over coffee and sweets.

Casual系
Why you don't come and join my party next Sunday? Here is my hand-written map with address and other detail. I have a party-room at top of my apartment, where we may have lunch and some drinks. Then we go down to my room to have talks over coffee and some dessert.


使えそうな箇所有れば、ご遠慮なくお持ち帰り下さい。

ホームかアパートでしょうね。

My apartment has だと、あなたのお部屋の一部だと思われてしまいますので、My Building ぐらいでいいと思います。

drink でアルコールを飲む、です。
chat の代わりに　conversation を使うとよりフォーマルになります、

house　は、基本的に「建物」をあらわすので、 home（家庭）もしくはroom（部屋）のほうが自然かもしれません。

あと、打ち間違いかもしれませんが、Sunday　の頭を大文字にするのをお忘れなく。

ハウスよりホームとかルーム、アパートメントハウスのほうがいいんでは？

I invited my friends to my house last sundayだと
日曜に、”招待した”ということになるではないですかね？
招待したこともいうなら、

I invited my friends to a home party,
and had the party last sunday.
My home is an apartment house that has a party room on the top floor where we can look out over sea.
we enjoyed having a lunch and drinking there,
after that, we went back to my room, then enjoyed chatting with sweets and coffee.

これで意味通じるんではないですかね。
