"Blessed are the poor in spirit" は倒置？

「心の貧しい人は幸いである、天の国は彼らのものである」という言葉、
多くの英訳聖書は以下のようになっています。

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

最初の"Blessed are the poor in spirit"は、"the poor in spirit are blessed"の倒置構文でしょうか？　
それとも、Blessed は、"Blessed (persons) are the poor....." のような代名詞を省略したもの
（または名詞化・形容詞化した過去分詞）なのでしょうか？　
その場合、直訳では「祝福されているものは、心の貧しいもの」となって、
前掲の和訳は意訳ということになりますが。

それと、次の節"for theirs is the kingdom of heaven"も、倒置構文でしょうか？
倒置の場合、for the kingdom of heaven is theirs"ですが、これは倒置ではなく
「彼らのものは天の王国である」という意味にもとれるのですが、どうなのでしょう。

そうだと思いますよ。

the kingdom of heaven is for theirs

となり、倒置だと思いますよ。

the poor in spirit　の　the poor 自体が　人々という意味を含んでいますので、それ以上代名詞を付け加えたり、省略して考える必要もないと思います。

「for the kingdom of heaven 」を主語と考えた時、is theirsをしたがえた時、訳出が意味不明だと思いますよ。

いずれも、絵に描いたようなわかりやすい倒置だと思いますよ。

どうも有難うございました。欽定訳だけならまだわかるのですが、最近の聖書も
他の部分は簡易な表現にしているにも拘らず、ここだけは皆、欽定訳に倣っている
ので、倒置じゃないのかも、と思ったのです・・

ご指摘の通り、英訳聖書は一つではなく、複数あります。

"Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."は下記versionで使われています。

ほう、他にも異なる訳が色々あるみたいですね。
聞くところでは、新約の英訳は800種を超えると言いますから。
Worldwide English っていうのが、もっとも簡易な感じがしました。有難うございました。

アメリカに３５年ほど住んでいる者です。

申し訳ない、私は少し違う回答をさせてもらいたいと思います.

ここは、Blessed are the poor in sprit, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs.と言う言い方なんですね.　つまり、ここのforはfor theirsではなく、forなぜなら、the kindom of heavenはかれらのものであるから。と言う意味なんですね.

二つの倒置が、forによって、理論化されているわけですね.　ないと、ただ単に二つの文がくっついただけで、意味が通じなくなります.

これでいいでしょうか。　分からない点がありましたら、補足質問してください。
