アルクトゥロスを見る時（７月） →　9月

bring them home = bring the grape-clusters home
ブドウの房を家に持ち帰れ　でよいと思う。

draw off into vessels the gifts of joyful Dionysus.
draw off the gifts of joyful Dionysus into vessels
の倒置文と思う。
喜びに満ちたディオニューソスの贈り物を器に注ぎなさい（移しなさい）。
then remember to plough in season: and so the completed year 1332 will fitly pass beneath the earth.
to plough　は（作物を）耕作するというより、（土を）耕す意味の方が強く感じる。
土を耕すことを忘れるな；
一年の計は地面の下で始まり終えるであろう。
完結なる一年は地面の下で上手く育まれるであろう。

貴兄の訳でも構わないと思う。

不安に思った２点を指摘されています。
(1)gift of Dionysusは
　　　gift to Dionysusではない。
　　質問者の決定的な間違いでした。
(2)ploughは「耕す」
　　　「耕作」ではない。
　　少し前に、
　　　　plough and sow
　　　という文があった。
　　秋に蒔いて、春に収穫するから、二毛作だろうか。
　　　日本なら、大麦、
　　しかし、特に「種を蒔く」と言わないときは、「耕す」が正しい。
