機械の交換部品が、海外のメーカーから届きました。
ギアとかネジとか多数の部品から成り立っている機械です。
機械の分解図と正しい交換方法を教えて欲しいとメールしたいのです。
どのように英訳したらよいでしょうか？

Just for our maintenance and repairing work, we want to keep with us the technical drawing(s) showing the disassembled components. Please arrange to send us the same. Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the technical [instruction] manual for replacing parts (or, components) procedure.
