海外ショッピングなのですが通じるでしょうか

すいません。あるものをアメリカから購入したのですが、一部の品物がバックオーダーだったらしく
ＡＢＣと三つある内のＡとＣは届いたのですがＢのみ未到着となります。
相手から入荷次第すぐに送る・・と言われたのですが、以前も同様のことがありましてその時インボイスを作り直さず同じ書類を使ったため関税、消費税が二度請求され支払う羽目になりました。


既にＡＢＣの総合計が記載されたインボイスでＡとＣが到着しているので、ＡＢＣ全部の関税消費税
を支払済みなのですが、このままだとまたＡＢＣ全部の関税消費税を再度支払う事になります。
ですので
相手に次の送るＢのみのインボイスを新たに作っていただき、それを添付して商品を送ってほしいと
言いたいのです（この状態でもＡＢＣとＢと四つ分の関税、消費税を支払う事になるのですが・・それは諦めています）

一応英文を作っているのですが、うまく作れません。
言いたいのは以下なのですが詳しい方アドバイスいただけると助かります。

バックオーダーのＢを送る際にインボイスに気をつけてください。
貴方が以前のインボイスを使用すると私は高額な関税を支払わなければならないだろう。
必ずＢのインボイスを再度作り直してください。

2. I would appreciate your preparing an invoice just for one item B when you send it.

I have paid duplicate customs duties on items that are not really accompanying the invoice. And I want to avoid the same expensive mistake.

Please note I have to pay (Import tax) and (Value Added Tax) to custom house, according to Invoice description, even in case some items were missing physically.

Last time I already paid both tax (import tax + VAT) covering three items A,B,C , even through its content was Item A and C only.
So, when you ship out Item B independently, please un fail to amend 'Invoice' with Item B only, otherwise I have to duplicate the both tax payment,

To tell the truth, i have already experienced the same issue before.
At that time, I had to pay the Taxes (Import Tax + VAT) twice, due your rough handling.

Again, 'Please prepare a revised Invoice with the description with (Item B ONLY)'

Otherwise we have to 'DUPLICATE' the both TAXES AGAIN AND AGAIN

get double-taxed for the items I have already received.
