たぶん昨日の大統領選挙を受けてのコメントだと推察しますが、first ladyは大統領夫人だけでなく知事夫人とか他の国の元首夫人も指しますので、明確に「アメリカのファースト・レディ」とか「国のファースト・レディ」と言及してみました。
