inform A of B がもとになって、

受動態でも of が必要なのは当然です。

B の部分が the chance になって、
to の行き場はその後くらいしかありませんが、
the chance to the project ではつながりがよくありません。
「そのプロジェクトへのチャンス」となりそうでも、英語的には変です。

to の後に動詞が抜けているのか、
chance が別の単語なのか。

とりあえず、
haven't been informed of the chance to

argue about の後、how 節、
その節内で dispose of ～で「～を処分する」の受身

about how industrial waste should be disposed
