Windowsログイン画面の前に黒い画面に白メッセージ

PCを起動するとこんなテキストメッセージが出るようになりました。
OKボタンで、Windowsのログイン画面になります。

これはWindowsのメッセージなのでしょうか？
PCのメーカーには、このようなメッセージは容易していないと言われました。
Ninja Vans' って何？？？

なんでしょうね。

メッセージの趣旨から「VPN接続」先か「プロキシ」ではなかろうかと推測しますが、自分も ”Ninja Vans” が何なのかよく分かりません。

ログイン画面が出る前にメッセージが表示されるという事ですので、システムの深いところに使われている可能性があります。
1週間かけても原因を特定できないようでしたら、OSをリカバリすることを勧めます。

原因を特定できるまではクレジットカードの番号や個人情報をパソコンで扱わないことを強く勧めます。
