Is this question for your report or homework?

if so, why don't you ask us with your draft translation? I think it much benefits you a lot for learning English.

I guess you can read japanese characters but only can't write japanese because of some trouble with PC or IME.
But, for you, I'll write my answer with only english.

anyway, here is a example translation of mine.

Doing sports much benefit our health. Aerobic excercises like Aerobics, swimming and walking with doing it over 20 minutes make the fat combustion effectively.
And it benefits not only physical conditions but also mental conditions, because the excercise makes our mind fresh and changes our feelings.

I believe there are some mistakes in my answer(^^;), but I leave it intentionally, so please correct it if you find it.
If you'd like to know more ellegant sentences and stories, to search it on the web with the keywords like "aerobic exercise","health",etc. might be better for you, even though this question isn't a report or a homework.
