請求メールのように見えるのですが、私には無論覚えがありません
さらに宛先のアドレスが私のアドレスではなく
[e-mail]というアドレスになっていました
何方か如何対処すべきが教えてください

差し出し人に覚えがないならスパムメールと思います。

無視して削除が良いと思います。
下手に行動すると被害に逢うかもしれません。

何やら添付ファイルもメールについているようですので
メールは削除をしておくことにします

知らない所からの身に覚えの無いメールは、見つけ次第に削除する。

自分の身を守る鉄則です。

翻訳サイトで翻訳したとえころ、請求メール的な内容ではなく、お買い上げ確認メールのような内容です。

(購入品⇒ソニーVAIO、支払方法⇒クレジットカードになってます)
以上からすると
1.購入者のメールアドレス入力間違い
2.スパムメール業者のアドレス収集メール
等が考えられますが、宛先があなたのアドレスではないという事なので、2.が有力ですね。
いずれにしても、無視して大丈夫でしょう。
本当のメールで、相手のカードが使えないなどなら、また同じアドからメールが来るはずですから。
