The colege Festival is held in autumn every year.
It is an important occasion for students.
The member of our club spend a long time preparing for it.
の３文を関係代名詞などを使って１文にまとめたいのですが、
The colege Festival which is held in autumn every year is an important occasion for students.
をまとめて、最後の一文はどうつなげばよいかわかりません。
in whichを使うのかなとかいろいろ考えましたが
関係代名詞がとても苦手なので私の能力の限界でした。

(1) この場合は、The member of our club spend a long time preparing for it.の部分を関係代名詞で書き換えれば良いことになります。
preparing for itのitは、The college Festivalとan important occasionのいずれかを指すと解釈可能ですが、ここではいずれにしても、for it(そのために準備する)を前置詞 + 関係代名詞の形にしてこの文の先頭に持ってきて、for which～の形にすればOKです。
(2) which is held in autumn every yearは、以下のようにしたほうが簡潔です。which is held in autumn every yearを使う場合は、whichの前にカンマを置いて ,whichの形にしないと制限用法になって秋以外の大学祭も存在することになります。

The college Festival, held in autumn every year, is an important occasion for students for which the members of our club spend a long time preparing.
