こんな感じでしょうか？

1. We could see tears of joy coming in her eyes.
[解説]「知覚動詞 + 目的語 + 現在分詞」の文章です。この場合、目的語はtears of joyになります。

2. Not until later did it occur to me that something was wrong.
[解説]It was not until later that it occured to me...の倒置の形です。

3. What he said yesterday sounded little of importance to me.
[解説]littleのみで使用すると否定的な意味になります。make little of ...=「…をたいしたものではないとみなす」 think little of ...=「…をなんとも思わない」など。

4. Considering Jim`s character,the fact that he batrayed his friends is nothing to be suprised about.
[解説]the fact that he batrayed his friendsまでが主語になります。

5. As is oftten the case with me, I cannnot reread what I have written without findng that there is much to be revised.
[解説]not ～ without ...の文章です。

6. Life is interesting because there is no knowing what may happen tomorrow.
[解説]there is no ～ing=「～することができない」の文章です。
