「さすらいのギター」の英語歌詞を探しています

父から「どうしても"さすらいのギター」（ベンチャーズ）"の英語の歌詞を歌いたい!英語の歌詞を探してほしい!」　といわれて困っているところです。

ベンチャーズのこともよく知らず週末からインターネットで調べていたのですがこの曲の背景などがぼんやりと分かった程度でした。

自分のリサーチ不足から皆様にお願いするのは大変申し訳ないのですが、ぜひ御力を貸して頂ければと存じます。

英語の歌詞でネットに出回ってるものがあれば、キーワードに歌の題名("Manchurian Beat")とlyrics を入れると大抵見つかるのですが、今回はなかなか見つかりませんし、検索したところこういうページを見つけました。

もともとはロシア歌謡なんですね。ロシア語の歌詞は数種類あり、日本語の歌詞ももちろんあるのですが（小山ルミのはヒットした記憶があります）、ひょっとして英語の歌詞というものは存在しないのかもしれませんよ。
